NAIA Signs Exclusive Agreement with TICKETsage for 2003 Tournament

POINT LOOKOUT, MO – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics announced today they have signed a multi-year agreement naming TICKETsage the exclusive ticketing agent for the NAIA Men’s Division II Basketball Tournament. The tournament takes place annually in the Howell W. Keeter Gymnasium on the College of the Ozarks campus in

Point Lookout.

Rapid system development and flexibility played a key role in the NAIA’s vendor

selection process. TICKETsage quickly delivered such sophisticated features as a

multi-session “Tournament Pass” option and six unique report modules tailored to the tournament’s accounting requirements.

“Keeter Gymnasium has a national reputation as a first-rate venue,” said Stephen Cassar, TICKETsage President/CEO. “We look forward to our partnership with the NAIA—our company will benefit not only because this televised tournament will bring national exposure, but also because we’ll be involved with some of the finest people in collegiate athletics today.”

The NAIA Division II Men’s Basketball Tournament is a 32-team, single-elimination tournament. Teams from around the U.S. play a total of 31 games, or tournament sessions, over five days, in front of fans that have traveled from around the country. This year’s tournament runs March 12-18, 2003.
