Village of Schaumburg Signs Exclusive Agreement with TICKETsage

Schaumburg, IL – The Village of Schaumburg signed an exclusive ticketing agreement today with the Fayetteville, Arkansas, based ticketing company TICKETsage, Inc. This

five-year contract will allow the village's performing arts center, the Prairie Center for the Arts, to expand their ticket sales to online sales, phone sales and box office sales.  

The partnership with the Village of Schaumburg’s Prairie Center for the Arts marks the first addition in this area to TICKETsage’s current roster of clients.  

“We looked at a number of ticketing solutions; TICKETsage’s custom interface and extensive capabilities made it the obvious choice. We expect the addition of online ticketing to considerably reduce the quantity of phone calls taken by box office staff,” said Jack Netter, Prairie Center for the Arts Operations Manager.  

TICKETsage’s Account Executive, RaeAnn Cherry-Heitzman, has worked closely with Netter and other TICKETsage personnel to create a customized system that meets the specific needs of the Village of Schaumburg’s Prairie Center for the Arts.

“We are very pleased to be working with the Village of Schaumburg,” Cherry-Heitzman said. “Their needs are ideally suited to our business model, making this a mutually beneficial partnership.”
