TICKETsage, Inc. Provides Online Ticketing for Rheem Classic

FAYETTEVILLE, AR and FORT SMITH, AR -- TICKETsage Inc., and Rheem Manufacturing have teamed up for a good cause: to provide online tickets to the Rheem Classic Tournament, the Fort Smith stop on the Nationwide Tour. The tournament benefits area charities.

Fayetteville-based TICKETsage, which provides custom box office solutions to venues around the country, has donated its services to the Rheem Classic. Patrons will be able to purchase tickets to the tournament, sign up for tournament volunteer duties, and make charitable donations online through the Rheem Classic Web site.

As title sponsor of the tournament, Rheem is assisting tournament officials in coordinating all aspects of the event. Bill Alderson, Marketing Publications Supervisor for Rheem Air Conditioning Division in Fort Smith, chose TICKETsage as the online ticketing provider.

When deciding to offer tickets online, tournament organizers were primarily concerned with patron convenience. “We felt it would increase availability, make ordering easier, and increase event attendance. And, increased attendance is critical to maximizing charitable support,” Alderson said.

Tournament tickets are also available through the Tournament Office at 479-782-3410. The tournament takes place April 24-27, 2003, at the Hardscrabble Country Club in Fort Smith.
