TICKETsage Develops Private-Label Solution for KSBJ/Ticket Servant - Houston

Houston, TX– TICKETsage has formed a successful partnership with KSBJ/Ticket Servant in Houston, Texas providing Ticket Servant with a comprehensive, private-label box office solution. Ticket Servant is a division of KSBJ Special Events that provides professional ticketing services and promotion for Christian concerts and events in the Greater Houston area. Ticket Servant has provided ticketing services for concerts involving such well-known Christian artists as Amy Grant, Steven Curtis Chapman and Michael W. Smith. 

KSBJ Special Events conducted an exhaustive search for a system that would address their needs and challenges which included multiple ticket outlets and the ability to give accurate and timely reconciliations and reports, all without a six-figure investment. TICKETsage’s solution included a custom Web site developed for the Ticket Servant brand. Using TICKETsage’s 4.0 system, Ticket Servant is able to sell tickets online, through call centers and at their numerous Houston area outlets. TICKETsage 4.0 also provides the print-at-home option for online ticket purchases and has built several customized accounting reports for Ticket Servant. In its first months of using the TICKETsage 4.0 system, Ticket Servant’s online sales went from 23% to 70% and outsold ticket sales partners four-to-one. 

TICKETsage, founded in 1999, is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas and now serves clients in 17 states. Their client list includes rodeos, professional, college and high school sports, theaters, non-profit arts councils, ballet companies, religious event promoters, festivals and a variety of special events.
