Steven Curtis Chapman Concert Sets Records

HOUSTON, TX –TICKETsage, Inc. and Ticket Servant today announced that the Steven Curtis Chapman concert scheduled for Friday, November 12 at the 18,000 seat Toyota Center is a complete sell out.

Award-winning contemporary Christian artist Steven Curtis Chapman headlines the “All Things New Tour”, and plans to hit over 65 major markets nationwide. It promises to be an exciting concert experience for which Chapman has become well-known. Chris Tomlin along with Casting Crowns, the number one selling new artist of 2003, are slated to open the tour.

73% of the event’s tickets were purchased online, through the Ticket Servant Web site – a new TICKETsage and Ticket Servant record. 65% of those patrons chose print-at-home as the delivery method. The TICKETsage-developed real-time print-at-home technology eliminates the need for database synchronization and print-at-home ‘cut-offs’ before tickets are authenticated at the gate. Using the technology, patrons can purchase tickets at home in real-time from the full inventory even after the gates have opened and the first patrons admitted.
