TICKETsage Completes Cinturin Analytics Acquisition

SAN DIEGO, CA – TICKETsage, Inc., a leader in Custom Box Office Solutions, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Cinturin Analytics, Inc. The acquisition of the San Diego-based data-mining and analysis company is another key component of TICKETsage's strategy to deliver integrated solutions that help performing arts clients of all sizes understand their patron psychographics, and the way sales volume, onsale velocity and macro-purchasing habits affect their bottom-line.

The acquisition of Cinturin Analytics, combined with TICKETsage's custom enterprise solutions, significantly broadens the scope of the TICKETsage service offering as the company prepares to launch its UNITY platform. This acquisition will enable TICKETsage to deliver solutions that allow customers, for the first time, to build, manage, and analyze intelligent marketing campaigns with true end-to-end analytical capabilities.

Under the terms of this deal, Cinturin Analytics, Inc. shareholders are now TICKETsage, Inc. shareholders and the Cinturin Analytics Web site has now been absorbed into the TICKETsage Web site.

This release also marks the end of a mandatory ‘stealth mode’ period for the two companies.
